2. What Details Do We Collect?

When you sign up to write notebooks for us, we only ask for the basic details needed to ship your writing kits and process your salaries. This includes:

• Your Identity: Your Full Name.
• Contact: Phone Number and WhatsApp Number.
• Mailing Address: House number, Street name, City, District, State, and Pin Code (so our courier can safely deliver your blank books and pens).
• Your Plan: The specific writing project plan you selected.

3. How We Use Your Details

We process your details solely to run our publishing drafts operations, specifically:

• To deliver blank writing notebooks, guidelines, and pens to your doorstep.
• To book your slot on our writers tracking list.
• To communicate with you via WhatsApp to review test pages and resolve your queries.
• To transfer your 50% early advance salary and refund your booking fees directly to your bank account.

Note: We do not share, sell, or trade your phone numbers, names, or addresses with any third-party marketing networks or external agencies.

4. Deleting Your Information

We store your details securely. Once your chosen project is finished, evaluated, and paid out, or if you decide not to proceed with us, you have the right to ask us to permanently delete your data from our database.
